If you do not have a copy of our Rules and
Regulations please obtain one from the SVI office. Every owner is
responsible for knowing the rules and passing on a copy to tenants
when leasing.
Pets… The policy directives given to SVI for enforcement
shall deal with only one concern, complaints of nuisance. Boiled
down, all the rules concerning pets seem to fit this description. If
your pet annoys in a manner identified in the rules you will receive
a warning of the complaint and required to act upon the nuisance.
Please read the rules as they will be strictly enforced.
Parking… We have several areas of concern here. First, the
limited Visitor parking. No owners or tenants please. If you have a
special need SVI shall forward your request for a 3 day pass for
special parking to the Board for approval.
Our guests are our responsibility. Please keep them out of the
neighbors parking space.
And then there is the standing or parking along the red fire
lane...our contract with Vehicle Removal Company allows them on the
property at any time to tow for this violation.
Please heed the warning as towing can cost you a lot of time and
money and our parking rules are strictly enforced.
